Sassetta, two bedrooms embracing infinity

Going up through the chestnut grove, you already see my beloved Sassetta. To some it may appear only a hamlet of barked houses on a height in the hinterland of the Costa degli Etruschi, but I assure you that walking through its narrow streets, admiring its small squares, admiring the view, you will feel surrounded by the infinite.
For those who, in addition to relaxing, decide to devote themselves to well-being, you can benefit from the spacious waters at about 50 ° that flow here of course.
In the ancient village you can admire the ancient Castle of Montalvo in memory of the time when Sassetta was a fiefdom of the Spanish Montalvos.
The naturalistic park of Poggio Neri is suitable for those who love to walk; It offers a series of itineraries that wind up for almost 2 km around the ring that surrounds Mount Buffalaio, with various points of interest and parking areas for picnics.
But Sassetta is also eager for the sea. Located a few kilometers from the beaches of San Vincenzo and Castagneto Carducci, it is an excellent basement for a holiday to discover the Etruscan Coast.
But now we visit our real estate offer located on the first floor in a historic house of the village renovated for some years.
From an ancient entrance hall, a marble staircase leads to the apartment.
We enter directly into the living area with open kitchen and a characteristic niche where the table is located. Two large windows allow you to admire the surrounding hills, the ancient village and the castle, a unique panorama
Two bedrooms, one of which is very large with an adjoining walk-in closet, are on the two opposite sides of the house and allow you to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Definitely practical is the large dressing room that serves as a storage room and laundry room that leads to the bathroom with shower that is made more pleasant by a large glass window.
Cozy and well-kept rational spaces, wonderful wooden and tiled brick ceilings; it takes a few minutes and we are already at ease to live there, for holidays and, why not, even for rent, think of it.
But the surprises are not finished. The apartment has a communal garden with bb.q. equipped, unusual for a historic center but very useful and especially appreciated during the summer.
