This is a beautiful country house located by the area of Sperchiada Fthiotida State in  central Greece (approx. 2:30 hrs driving distance from Athens city center ). The house has enough room  to hold a 6 member family.Its main characteristic is its ideal location.It’s a 7 min walk from the central square of the village (cafeteria’s,traditional taverns,banks,pharmacies and all kind of shops). In the same time you can have relaxing moments away from the village square.
The house features a strong combination of natural materials (stone, wood) along with modern constructive elements (aluminum, glass) which blend together creating a traditional country house.

The property is extended on a flat basis covering a total surface of 600 square meters.There is a garden with trees and olive trees next to the main building.It has a lot of space to plant anything the owner wants.The house was built in 1950 and the main walls are made of stone 40cm width.All the windows are new and water-sound-insect proof.Roof is made of roof tiles and they are almost new.The inner part of the roof is made of wood.There is also an A/C in the living room and parking space for one car.
7 km away from the town thermal springs are located so you can visit them daily.Finally 100 m from the building there is a folk museum and playground.
