Via dei Colli Immobiliare is active in Umbria, Marche and Tuscany, probably the most beautiful areas in Italy, internationally known for their fairytale landscapes and for their friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Founded in 2004, our agency has assisted dozens of Italian and foreign clients to find a home in our areas; we are a group of qualified professionals who firmly believe in a personal and direct relationship with the customer. Stefano Calafà has a financial background, with a degree in Business Administration, a master degree in International Management and some years working as a portfolio manager and as a foreign exchange expert in international banks. He moved to Umbria in 2003, allured by the splendid countryside and by the prospects of a simpler and quieter life; indeed, after he has founded Via dei Colli in 2004, life has not always been quiet! Stefano speaks Italian, English and French and deals with Italian and international customers, both buyers and sellers. Emma Coles joined Via dei Colli in 2010. Emma first came to Italy as a child in 1990, when her parents relocated to Italy in search of a laidback life style, immersed in the nature and tranquillity of Umbria. She has an international economics oriented education, and has dabbled in interior design, while working for a large Italian furniture retail chain. She later moved to France in 2000 to study and work, returning to Italy permanently in 2004. At Via dei Colli, Emma manages relations with clients, coordinates the office tasks and advertising, She speaks English and Italian. Gregorio Badessi after graduating as a surveyor, he worked in the field of building within his two family companies, a construction company and real estate company, where he gained experience in the restructuring sector, dealing with the management of construction sites, estimates and sales. From 2012 to 2013 he moved to Abruzzo to follow the post-earthquake reconstruction of two buildings in the province of L’Aquila. In 2015 he passed the examination as a real estate agent and became part of the Via dei Colli real estate team; he deals with the selling and buying customers, both Italian and foreign, as well as preparing estimates for the restructuring and coordinating the works. Gregorio speaks Italian and English. Fabio Lima Battistini After many years spent around the globe, Fabio eventually decided to return to his Umbria, convinced by the excellent quality of life, by the familiarity of the region and by its beauty. With a commercial and legal education and previous working experiences as an export manager, he has lived in various European countries, as well as in Australia and Canada. Since 2018, he has joined the staff of Via dei Colli, driven by his passion for Real Estate and by the human dimension of the agency. He speaks fluent Spanish, English, French and Portuguese and takes care of customers buyers and sellers.
