Fanano, Ospitale, a refuge for the heart

Today everyone complains of the heat, but here you are well. A gentle ventilate bustles our hair and we decide to go to the “Buca”, a small stream a stone’s throw from the house, which forms a comfortable natural pool and where we can freshen up in clear water. Immersed in the tranquility and beauty of the forgotten place to tell you where we are, the municipality is Fanano and the locality of Ospitale, within the Parco dell’Alto Apennines and a stone’s throw from where the source of natural mineral water flows from “Monte Cimone” So we return from our promenade, surrounded by greenery, we see our house, which consists of three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. We find a portico to welcome us, which forms a comfortable veranda. Entering, we notice the spaces well arranged, bright – we make a moment of silence to enjoy the tranquility and listen to the noise of nature. We are in the entrance corridor; on our right there are two bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with window and with shower. But we come to the living room: large, bright where the beautiful fireplace dominates and equipped with a beautiful balcony overlooking the forest, it is the ideal environment in which to watch a movie with company in the evening, play table games or to have large dinners prepared in the adjoining kitchen. In the house there are many rooms to be used according to our taste and imagination: we are free to adapt and use the spaces according to our needs and our family. We go now to the first floor going up the stairs that connects the various levels. And here we are in the attic, two large bedrooms, both double with the pearl roof, a bathroom and comfortable storage rooms in the attic accessible through two nice porches. But, as a potential, nothing beats the basement: with almost 60 square meters available, divided into 3 rooms, they can be interpreted into various ways, tool shed, a large pantry, a wine cellar, a mezzanine rack … the possibilities are infinite, and depend on only one thing: the fantasy of the new owner.
